Pre-planning
During this phase, a professional will discuss your project over the phone to obtain basic information. If you are budgeting and not sure if you want to move forward, NO WORRIES! We can provide you an over the phone instant estimate prior to visiting the site. We will ask you to provide a few measurement and pictures of the current space after which we will provide a price range.
estimate
During this phase a professional will meet you at your home or on site to complete a thorough walk through. The professional will listen your ideas and expectations then provide you recommendations to make your dream come true. After a scope of work is agreed upon the professional will provide you a detailed estimate.
Pre-Construction
After an estimate is accepted and materials for your project begin to arrive, a professional will meet with you again to solidify your vision. They will also introduce you to key members who will be in your home or on site and explain scheduling and the construction process.
CONSTRUCTION
Prior to construction we will cover and protect personal items and flooring. We will also create a Google folder to easily share photos, contracts and any other documents for easy access. We strongly believe in COMMUNICATION. We will consistently update you our progress and address concerns as they come up. Watching your vision come to life will be an exciting feeling.
POST CONSTRUCTION
Prior to our post construction cleaning, a professional will walk the project with you to ensure we exceeded expectations. Only after you are satisfied will we conduct a deep clean of the new space for you to ENJOY.
